Last fall, I came across a company on Instagram that blew me away. With only a glimpse into their business, I was already in love with everything they sold. And all they represented. Immediately, I was obsessed with their branding, their products, and, ultimately, their message. If you haven’t already heard about this sweet company, who resides pretty much in my backyard, visit their site!  Owning a tree nursery makes me feel amazing. It’s like a way for me to focus on being green ALL THE TIME. Earlier this year, I announced our little endeavor to get greener by repurposing beetle-kill and old wood on our Etsy shop. But Artifact Uprising is doing this as well and they’re downright awesome at it—repurposing  fallen wood, using recycled paper, and minimizing their impact on the outdoors:

to tell. Tell On.

LOVE! Two days ago, I opened my mail and squealed when I saw their name plastered on a brown delivery box. I had ordered two small gifts from the iPhone shots I’ve taken of Eli–one for both Grandmas. But then I smiled a bit bigger. Because I bought the following for myself. Mother’s Day is on Sunday. I’m just celebrating early. 😉

The bluish markings on the calendar is beetle-kill. The original tree died in our Colorado forests, but now it has purpose in my home. Seriously, who doesn’t love that?!
